Join us in celebrating Europe Day!
Today we are proud to be joining celebrations of our shared values as we remember that unity in diversity is the foundation for peace.
We are also very happy to be celebrating 75 years of the Council of Europe and its mission to safeguard human rights, not least through the European Court of Human Rights.
These shared values are at the heart of our identity as new Europeans (Opens in a new window).
To mark Europe Day, the Council of Europe has produced a hip hop version of Ode to Joy!
